World Teachers' Day!!

05 Oct is world teachers' day.

Not only the one who teaches me like coach for your life but also only short comments which can get even little enlightenment are my teachers.

In our cultural and religion, teachers are in the same positions of five respectful group.
They are, Lord Buddha, dhamma taught by Buddha, Buddhist monks (also known as sons of Buddha), Parents and of course Teachers.

When youngsters days, we visited to their house to pay homage for twice a year i.e. during thingyan new year period; 13 to 17 April, and full Moon day of thiding gyut lighting festival;  October (same like deepavali in Indian cultural and moon cake festival in Chinese cultural).

Especially those two days, I miss a lot to those teachers even from my primary school teachers. As I was grown up with cultural control, I still respect to the teachers like a child scared her teacher.

Till to date, I have the habit of not only listen to their lectures but also still remember their jokes and their repeated phrase even if they don't make jokes. Sometimes I imitate of their speech in lovely ways. (please forgive me teachers if I don't remember all your lessons :P).

Here are some of the wording which I still remember...

"Ladies & Gentlemen - children of all age, you have to read this note because this is my note"

"Can I continue?" "Where do you get that Bluffology?"

"Like that also can la?" "Don't talk if you are not supposed to talk!!"

"Which gorilla taught you this, my blood pressure is already high now?"

"What do you want for nothing? Do you need rubber biscuit or peanuts?"

"I pretend to be boss, ----- thinks that he is boss, actually ----- is boss"

"Can't do" not exist in your life, only exist "Haven't done it before"....

"Do you think that Catherine Ghost is coming to help you when you are sitting exam for this subject?"

"Les fillets Jones tombs, il y a le ventre que est tombee..."

Oh I miss all of you teachers.....

I miss the tea shop nearby Shwe Pyi Aye Hostel from Mandalay University.
I miss the tea shop from 38th Street.
